LEGAL NOTICE & SERVICE AGREEMENT

Spotless Professional Services

1. Agreement Overview

This legal notice sets forth the terms and conditions of the cleaning services provided by Spotless Professional Services to the Client. By engaging the services of the Cleaning Service Provider, the Client agrees to abide by the terms listed herein.

2. Scope of Services

Spotless Professional Services agrees to perform cleaning services as detailed below:

  • Cleaning Tasks: general cleaning, carpet cleaning, bedroom, bathroom etc.
  • Frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time service

Any changes to the scope of services will require prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.

3. Service Fees & Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due [upon completion of the service / within [X] days of invoice].
  • Late Fees: A late fee of $30 will be applied for payments overdue by more than 7 days.

Payments can be made via Zelle transfer, credit card, cash, etc.].

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled service times.
  • Remove or secure personal items, valuables, or fragile objects before the cleaning service begins.
  • Notify the Cleaning Service Provider of any special instructions or concerns related to the cleaning prior to the service.
  • Ensure the area to be cleaned is safe for cleaning activities.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • Liability: Spotless Professional Services will take reasonable care to avoid damage to the Client's property while performing the cleaning services. However, the Cleaning Service Provider is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, items left in hazardous conditions, or damages due to faulty or defective items/furnishings.
  • Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spotless Professional Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the services provided, except for claims arising from the Cleaning Service Provider's negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule the service.
  • If the Client fails to provide adequate notice, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply.
  • Spotless Professional Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, illness, etc.), with prior notice given to the Client.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the terms of this Agreement. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered will be due immediately.

8. Confidentiality

Spotless Professional Services agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or business information disclosed by the Client and will not disclose such information to any third parties, except as required by law.
